Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Hardscape Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing patios, retaining walls, walkways, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and other hardscape features. This role requires attention to detail, physical endurance, and a passion for craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Install a variety of hardscape features, including pavers, stone, concrete, and retaining walls
- Prepare job sites, including excavation, grading, and base installation
- Operate tools and equipment such as skid steers, compactors, and saws
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Ensure all work meets company and industry standards for quality and safety
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on time
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
Requirements:
- Experience in hardscape installation (minimum 8 years preferred)
- Knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used in hardscaping
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
